We started life as G.A. Imports in 2004 and have been importing and distributing solid timber panels ever since. Our owner, Guy, brings 35 years in the timber trade to every order. We are still family-run, and we still answer the phone.
We supply furniture and kitchen manufacturers, joiners, staircase makers, builders and builders' merchants right across the UK, from sole traders to national companies. Scandinavian pine, European and American white oak, American tulipwood and more, all sourced and handled so it arrives in the condition you expect. How fast will my order arrive?
We aim to deliver every order within 4 working days, and we pick and dispatch most orders the same day. If timing is tight for a job, tell us when you order and we will do our best to work to it.
Is there a minimum order?
No. Our Pick-a-Piece service lets you mix and match any number of items from the stock range with no minimum order quantity. Order a single panel or a full rack.
What do I actually get with a trade account?
Exclusive trade pricing, faster order processing, access to special stock offers and a reduced delivery charge, on top of the no-minimum Pick-a-Piece service and same-day dispatch. It takes a few minutes to apply and there is no cost to open an account.
Can the panels be used outdoors?
No. All ProBoard panels and products are designed for internal use only. Exposure to weather or moisture may cause movement or damage, so we are upfront about it rather than letting you find out on site.
Do you offer a cutting service?
No. We supply full panels only and do not currently offer a cutting service. If you are unsure about sizes or specifications, contact us before ordering and we will help you get it right.
Can I collect instead of having it delivered?
Yes. Collection is available during opening hours with at least 24 hours notice. Get in touch to arrange a time that works for you.
Do your prices include VAT?
Yes. Every price shown on our website includes VAT, so there are no surprises at checkout.
